Pros

Work from home almost everyday and can avoid getting on travel projects if you want to.

Cons

There’s significantly more cons than pros. You’ll be underpaid. They’ll hire you for one job than staff you on something else. It doesn’t matter if you don’t want to be on a project, they’ll just tell you to suck it up. They don’t care about your career. This place is meant to be a cost saver for the rest of the firm. This is not consulting. You will be paid 42,000 per year and barely get by while everyone else in the firm is making more than double what you make. You will not be able to transfer to core as much as you want to. There is a very high turnover rate because people realize they can’t have a career at PwC.

Pros

They will get you staffed on amazing clients for projects Get yourself registered into H1B process and OPT process is smooth and clean

Cons

Columbia as a place sucks Poor team management No growth opportunities Less pay scale and no promotion they expect you to work a lot and no appreciation not a healthy work culture if you come to PwC office, you cannot switch to PwC other practices and offices and this is the biggest drawback this is the shittiest IT support kind of work and treated as cheap resources

Long Hours

Pros

There are so many trainings. Put BIG 4 name in your resume.

Cons

The trainings do not apply much to what you actually work on. They expect you to know everything. If you are lucky and meet nice people who train you. If not, you study from PY or got loss in your workpaper. They told you to NOT EAT THE HOURS. If you do so, managers will say to you charge more than the budget.
