-They aren’t good at what they do and are usually more concerned with sales than delivery of anything quality
-They break a number of laws, and when someone tries to report them within the firm, their OGC and Ethics department threaten them with discredit in court
-They treat women and disabled people like garbage by ignoring reasonable accommodations, cutting off upward advancement if they know you’re disabled, and creating a hostile environment that makes it difficult to stay healthy
-They put people on contracts who are neither qualified nor experienced enough to be on let alone lead those contracts
-They are creative about time and expense charges, and actively request their employees not to ever put in writing the highly illegal things they’ve done on contracts
-Their CEO is fully aware of all these things and has put in place a strategy where all the cash concentration flows upwards to his level. It is likely he will max out his earnings then leave the company behind in shambles.
-Employee dissatisfaction is extremely high
-long hours are a function of inefficiency instead of necessity
-Very few resources Manager and above do any of the actual contract work
