Pros

The people at PwC are what makes it a great place to work. A young, social environment and everyone is always willing to help out. Training is great and there are a ton of resources available as well.

Cons

Work life balance is tough especially during times with high turnover and lower hiring rates. It can be a grind and is not for everyone.

Pros

I really enjoyed my time with PwC for 5+ years. Good caring mentors/coaches (if you reach them). I was lucky to be on few good projects and "some" really good people. PwC leadership team had done an amazing job to grow the consulting practice from less than 200M to 5B+ in the span of 5+ years that I spent. Diversity is engraved in the culture. As a minority, I really felt I had a chance to make it to partnership, I'm not sure if I can say the same for the other Big 4 (green dot !!) that I worked for.

Cons

Heavy travel Have to ignore "work life balance" Good chance to get stuck with not so interesting projects or people Learned what "Passive Aggressive" personality really means !!! This was one of the reason I left PwC even though I was doing well. One such example: I got an email from the partner who never written an email directly to me -> His email was about "Why I am sick often ?". As a professional in the industry for 10+ years, I don't think I have any reason to fake my sickness. After spending 5+ years in PwC that is the response that I get from one of the leader who runs a practice..... There are some really good and caring folks at every level in PwC, but you need some luck to be with them. I still miss my PwC days. PwC will always be in my heart forever.
