Pros

PwC provides a competitive bonus structure to help round up salaries. They do some light 401k matching but also offer a 'wealth builder' fund that vests fully in after 4-5 years.

Cons

What began as a collaborative work environment with team goals communicated clearly seemed to rapidly shift after the most recent leadership change. In the last year and a half, I experienced some unhealthy team dynamics and a great deal of uncertainty due to constant org change (being moved into 4 separate departments over the course of 18 months). While PwC was a good experience on net, I wouldn't wish the last year and a half on anyone.

Pros

good team to work with , the pay good

Cons

As someone in an Administrative role within IFS, it's extremely discouraging trying to grow within the firm. No matter how many times we apply through Workday, it feels like those opportunities are never truly available to us. Meanwhile, the firm hires and trains thousands of interns every year, many of whom receive offers quickly and easily. Yet, when internal candidates like us apply, our applications seem to be ignored — it's as if they’re never even reviewed. The process feels impossible and demoralizing, as if the door is intentionally kept closed to us.
