You can enjoy your knowledge and skills are growing and the pleasure to work with the intelligent and nice colleagues. PwC and its management are very fair to assess people's performance. If you devote yourself for the team, the client and the firm, they recognize you and put you on the faster track to the senior management. You can also have opportunities to work abroad through PwC global network.

Cons

You may find work life balance issue. Clients challenge as much as your reviewer, however it is also good for your development. Considering your working hours, you may think that your compensation is low.

Pros

PwC has a large network of young and intelligent professionals. The company has lots of opportunities available.

Cons

At PwC you will certainly learn what it means to "pay your dues". Work life balance does not exist, and although the company says it is a priority it is rare to see it in action. Workers must make sacrifices in order to meet the demands of the job. Although opportunities are abundant, you have to be incredibly proactive and persistent to get them.
