Pros
They really tried hard to retain as many people as possible last year vs the other big 4. If you get put on the right engagement, with the right team and work for someone who actually gives a damn, you will have the most beautiful time working here. Fingers crossed.
Cons
Arbitrary review system that breeds demotivation and resentment. At the same time a lot of time and effort spent to PR the system that failed, at least this year. Throwing people under the bus and 'hazing' those underneath you happens more than it should.
