      A lot of opportunities to work with and for smart, engaging people, interesting clients, and to learn a lot about your area.

      Cons

      You are expected to manage up, down, left, and right. Management is often completely in the dark about what needs to be done when, how, and why, leading to constant last minute emergencies. Review of work is often delayed until it is too late to make corrections or is done so superficially as to be worthless. If you're good at the job, you will be drowned in hours. No one has any interest in controlling the managers, even when their behavior is outright abusive. Get guilt tripped about logging off at 10pm by some. It really makes what could be a great job extremely stressful.

      Pros

      People are smart and biased toward action, willing to roll selves up at every level. 99 out of 100 people pass the “airport test” with flying colors. The firm is very focused on flexibility, full remote work, and D&I, and it walks the walk. Your experience here is what you make it, your network will open doors.

      Cons

      The org is highly matrixed. It can feel overwhelming to figure out who’s who. It’s a BIG company, so you won’t feel like you have any chance of defining the direction of the ship. Your client work can be very interesting and cutting edge, but limited to the project.
