Where do I start: -The Vector Knife company of its type -No cohesion between levels/Contradictory concepts and statements from everyone -Don’t believe the recruiter, they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in -2 weeks of training and expecting 1 -2 yr experience of work -Hard work, long hours, and stressful work environment -Deflecting management -Unrealistic expectations -Depending on project changing expectations every other day no structure -Outdated, error filled client and work systems -Flexible hours are a fallacy, you will be there majority the time at 7:30 am or 8:00 am because of competitive work environment. -Competitive work environment and not in a good way -Lie about 90 days temp period to roll-over. -No grasp concept of quality and quantity versus time and resources . -Third party company, unrealistic expectations from clients and due to backlog of their own work. -Client controls most systems and availability of scarce resources and charges expectations every other day also. -Diverse as a bag of variety candy from a dollar store -No programs for said Diversity -Lack of employee interaction -No sick days -Promotions are hard to get and more unrealistic expectations are given
