Pros

U should have a solid Background(Know someone in higher Management) to survive in PCI or else you will be Out.

Cons

Want Bonded labour to sign a Year Long Contract and Dupe the candidates as well. The HR team is there to harass the employees by sending them Legal Notice( Which is not liable as per Indian labour Law)... Mr CEO plz Wake Up or ELSE it will be an Early Christmas for PCI this year.

Highly politics and no growth!!!

Pyramid used to be a good company but not anymore. Salary comes on time as of now this is the only benefit working here..

Cons

Pyramid's managers are highly influenced by politics, they have adapted it fully and started applying in company. Managers do not want anyone to grow, they do not provide growth opportunity to their team members. Managers will listen to those who are closer to them. Either you perform here or not, they will not count it unless they wanted it to be counted and their closer one will get full support and credit.. After joining here, I have learnt nothing new just wasted my time and skills. I will not suggest anyone to join unless fresher..

Working at Pyramid has always been a great experience. My CCA Mayank Pal has been always there when ever i needed help. He replied to all my emails and solved my queries within no time. His professionalism is commendable.
