As such I didn't find anything to mention here. Just for the sake of mentioning I can say only motivation is the diwali gift :P

Cons

Worst management Leaders in the top are useless No well defined policy, it changes person to person No future plans/strategy to grow business

These guys were very accomodating to me... nice experience

Pros

Got me into the job and paid me with no issues. This is a good thing because it's hard to get all the paperwork together for these small short term contracts. Very good experience.

Cons

I think they needed to better explain why 1099 is a bad option sometimes for them and employees. For me it was what I wanted or thought I wanted. Now that I did that I understand I should have done corp to corp. They were very cool about it but I think they needed to explain it a little better. Not their fault and they were very cool to me all through the contract. All good.

They won't release a employer in a proper way, They will deduct almost 90% of salary.

Cons

Pressure work environment and almost employers work 10-11 hrs per day
