Pros

If you’ve had an upheaval and you need any kind of work immediately while you plan your next move, Qualfon is adequate.

Cons

No new clients are coming in, and the HR department was made redundant in October 2018 so the site could absorb the state-mandated increase in the minimum wage. There’s not even room in the budget for a front desk receptionist. Add to that very high turnover, stressful work, and added stress from having to jump through whatever hoops the individual client may require.

Everything else. This place is a joke.. They moved people from Washington to idaho so they didnt have to pay washington min wage. They dont value people in any way.. I spent 5+ years there as a sup as an agent and many other upper level spots.. They do not care about you.. The only reason i was there so long is my pay was okay but as an agent most people cant survive.. Its employers like qualfon that keep the poor, poor.. i left for an entry-level job that paid me much better offered way better benefits and really cares about its employees.

Autonomy to manage your own business structure, experienced staff to learn from, a desire to do the right thing for people/clients.

Cons

Running lean, too many things on everyone's plate means nobody does anything 100%. Low comparable salary and lack of personal control on bonus achievement.
