Pros

Had some enjoyable coworkers. Interesting to learn new things about electronic devices. The location was an easy commute from most anywhere in Larimer County.

Cons

Red Flags: 1) Below par wages for call center jobs. $9 - 10 an hour. Equal to fast food wages. 2) Candy coated with unreachable bonuses and incentives. 3) High employee attrition rate. 4) Narcissistic management. 5) You will never have PTO when you want it, with a high employee turn over rate. 6) Company locates call centers in college towns to exploit college students with sub-par wages. The median wage nationally for a customer service rep is $11.30 + incentives. 7) This company is one the reasons why customer service is non-existent today. Stellar reviews for Companies like this are written by HR people.

Pros

It's steady income if you can stay invisible. It's good income if you can sell. You can get away with anything if you sell well enough.

Cons

Every operations manager I've encountered made a good first impression, but then turned out to be completely ruthless. Qualfon is the sort of organization that only accepts change from three sources: executives within the company, journalists and judges.

Pros

The best part of working there is the wide amount of services you can offer.

Cons

Very old school leadership structure, older white men only. The CFO pushes for the highest margin as possible, regardless of client feedback. This is why they are losing business. The sales leader admittedly shows up late to meetings to show he’s “more important than who he’s meeting”. They say they care about “making everyone’s life better” well that only counts if you live in one city in Mexico. Otherwise bottom line revenue is all that matters. Diversity is a joke here. Anyone LGBT is let go immediately. Most woman don’t last in any management.
