Pros

There are none. Management is horrible, the systems are outdated. Nothing good about this place

Cons

Low pay, show favoritism constant liars. This company is horrible on all levels. Can’t keep agents. This is more like a temp staff. You work for Qualfon but are placed in different campaigns for other companies. (HIGHMARK). I’m pretty sure Qualfon is getting paid top dollars while they give agents crumbs. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy

Pros

It's a job located in a safe building with a security guard, which is needed for the arrests that occur on campus.

Cons

Before finalization of employment, Qualfon notes that training takes 4 weeks. (We are now heading into 9 weeks). Treat employees like convicted students (ridiculous about restroom breaks, locker, gives "kids" aka employees conduct everyday as incentive lol. Training program has many loose nuts and needs a curriculum developer and a person skilled with Human Design to help keep employees. The employee retention rate is low because they treat their employees like small children and it's gross. They .ale employees work every holiday and often 6 to 7 days a week. They offer bonuses and they are a joke. Qualfon is a major part of the problem with stress and ignorance .

Pros

I was able to start as an agent and was promoted to a help desk/team lead role, then a supervisor position within 6 months of hiring, so I was able to accomplish a lot of upward mobility in a short amount of time.

Cons

Being an outsource call center, the pay is below the industry standard for customer service supervisors that do not work in the outsource industry.
