People are super nice (except when they arent)

Cons

First of all this job was advertised as a phone support job and it's not, it's a sales job. Everyone is surface level nice but the pressure placed on employees is ridiculous. This is a minimum wage job and they work hard to convince you that you're not even worth that if you don't make a sale 9 calls out of 10. They're so well organized and have lots of benefits as long as you're a perfect robot and never make any human errors. The amount of times I sat and literally sobbed after work doesn't make it worth the 3 times someone was nice to me. This job radicalized me against corporate positions 0/10

Working from home and paid training

Cons

They sabotage your sales and use you to prescreen customers. I got alot of ghost calls and others playing games on my line. The trainer was very rude and i also got written up in training for not paying attention.

Once hired you are a number, if you don't meet the stats they want you will get fired. Every couple of weeks they want better and better stats but offer the same pay and no reward, failure mans losing your job.
