I've been working at Qualifacts for a few months now and it's been fantastic, starting with the recruitment process, through training and onboarding, and now in everyday life. I'm a remote worker, like many of my colleagues, and I feel very included and heard at Qualifacts. There are many perks that I didn't have elsewhere, including: 1) The opportunity to travel to collaborate with my team in-person with offices in fun locations (Nashville HQ, Tampa, Lima, Toronto). I've already been to two of these locations. 2) Free LinkedIn Learning - this is a huge plus! Such an effective way to learn quickly. 3) Good compensation, benefits, culture; Employee Engagement and satisfaction are big here.

Loved the ability to work from home as it increased my productivity, improved quality of life, and ensure work-life balance. My first manager had regular check-in's, was supportive, and taught me a lot. Fair compensation for my experience-level and role.
