Old school qualifacts was great! Used to be fun and enjoyable until middle management came in and sucked the life out of their employees. You basically spend your career learning how NOT to run a business.

Cons

Middle & upper management will feed you lies. Insultingly low pay for the Nashville market.

Pros

Flexible schedule (depending on department), casual environment, important industry -- if you want to make a difference in the behavioral health world, working with the clients is very rewarding.

Cons

For a software company, it's ridiculous how unorganized and underdeveloped the app services department is. Management is a road block in getting projects out. Salary requirements hold them back from getting experienced personnel to assist. Work environment can feel like a fraternity house rather than a place of business. Most employees stay for a year or two, then move on.
