Good company but some depts are horrible

CEO has a good vision, overall company benefits are good, salary not bad

Cons

Some departments are given leeway to "make their own rules" when it comes to things like sick days, attendance, employee hours, and overtime, with no oversight. As long as the client is happy, the department can do what it wants with regards to its employees. Expect constant micro-management, threats of unemployment, weekly policy changes, "requests" to work overtime, and high turnover rate.

Good benefits, good pay. They really work hard to provide benefits beyond basic health insurance.

Cons

They don't listen to the people 'on the ground'. They make their decisions at a high level, with plans lacking sufficient detail to work smoothly, then panic when their plans don't work. They also don't give their employees enough information when making changes for the employees to be able to transition through those changes. This disconnect between management and staff is pervasive and continual. They have lost a lot of excellent employees (both staff and management) because of this basic failing.
