      Great Company for IT entry level.

      Pros

      Great company for entry level people. Pros are long training time, management willing to put people on different projects if some projects are not going well, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of opportunity to aquire professional skills, reasonable expectations, quick to hire, hire people with no college degrees.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Only good for entry level people needing experience.

      Qualitest Israel - not the best place to work at/for, to say the least

      Pros

      "Feels" like a company that take care of their workers, have some fun days, parties and company events. Encourage to 'bring a friend' for 1,500nis bonus.

      Cons

      Messing with the salary too much. Cheap. will deduct for social security and pension from 80% of your gross salary, and that's even after deducting for travel expenses. so for example if your gross income in 10,000 they will take 1,000 for travel, and then will calculate 80% from the remaining - 7,200 is your salary for social security and pension. May be legal, but it is ugly. also you charge in full for the first 1.5 of sick leave and their cheap on vacation days.

      You get what you pay for! This company pays less than HALF the going pay rate for their Software Testers!

      Pros

      NONE based on their pay rate for their sole purpose - quality assurance.

      Cons

      The pay rate this company offers its Software Test Engineers is less than HALF the going rate! - $30,000 to $45,000 should be $75,000 to $95,000 You get what you pay for!

      Thank you for your review, we would hope you would discuss your concern with HR. Apart from that the growth structure/salary structure that is in place, is there after market research & analysis. The salaries you have mentioned are for entry level candidates with absolute no experience. We get very good & motivated recently graduated students, and majority of them are very happy!
