Pros

They give inexperienced people jobs

Cons

At least in the project i worked in qualitest people were treated as sub humans . Exploited to the limit. Underpaid and then moved off to where ever. Problems were never handled. Requests for basic hr benefits were ignored. In several cases qualitest gave the absolote minimum required by law.

Pros

They never bother to check up on you or manage you, so the entire position is what you make of it.

Cons

If you actually need something from the company, it's a hassle to get it. Their "full time job" is 9.5 hours workday, instead of the usual 9. Desposits to the pension plan weren't made on time.
