Pros

Solid company with good values. Good health insurance options with low cost to employees - not the best out there but definitely affordable options with typical coverage, good PTO time structure along with standard benefits of life insurance, 401K, dental, disability, etc.

Cons

Typical lack of communication/flow of information from dispatch with absolute zero indication of trying to improve it; even when given suggestions for doing so
