Worked for an amazing affiliate that genuinely cared about their staff. Hard work and efficient systems done right.

Cons

The Salaries were above industry average, but this is off set by the lack of bonus structure

The office is in a great location. Friendly co-workers. Randy is great to work for.

Cons

Imagine 360 is awful insurance. In 2023 we were required to return to the office 4 days a week, which was not necessary. Depending on what department you are in makes a difference in your work experience on a daily basis. You either enjoy coming in or dread it.
