They will offer a competitive salary and the benefits aren't too bad.

Cons

They treat their people terrible. They don't have the tools to get the job done. They berate and threaten their employees after not providing the tools to do the job. It's a profit over people culture. The corporate office is also terrible to deal with. I would never in a million years work for them again.

Established company. Some great people work there.

Cons

HR department is terrible. Took me 14 months to get health insurance when standard is 2. Management cares nothing about their employees. Favoritism is rampant. Middle management not qualified to hold their positions. Stay away!
