      Pros

      I started at QCC 11 years ago. It was supposed to be a part time evening position helping with screening patients for a Federal program. QCC listened to "the Nurse doing the job" and it became a full time position by the end of the week. I am now the Site Team Leader of same Federal program and have grown from 30 Patients to serving 230. At every point of growth QCC has listened to our challenges and has responded to give our team what we needed to serve our patients.

      Pros

      The Mental Health Division of Quality Correctional Care has been able to provide all of the support needed. The Director of Mental Health is very responsive when tricky situations arise, while also not being overbearing or micromanaging.

      Cons

      Working in a correctional facility can be difficult at times. The population of clientele can sometimes not be receptive to services. However, most of the time the clientele are eager to engage and are appreciative. Also, very few no shows.
