Many - No continuous work,no follow-up.

If I could give fewer stars, I would!! This is the worst company I have ever worked for. It is run by narcissists from the top down who gaslight their employees and set them up to fail. They don't care about their employees. They practice verbal abuse, discrimination, ageism, harrassment, physical intimidation, sexual harassment, racism, sexism, and retaliation. If you don't "fit in," you will be fired. They do not do performance evaluations. Merit is based on if you fit in. Morale is extremely low. They rush people with COVID back to work. They do not encourage people who have been exposed to get tested or isolate if they will miss work. You are expected to come to work no matter what. They call employees about work issues while they are on vacation. You are expected to come to work in extreme weather when all other businesses and roads in the city are closed. There is no confidentiality. Management gossips and bullies, and they tolerate employees bullying their peers. Management involves employees' peers in disciplinary action. Full of clicks. Isolates those who are being bullied, harassed, and discriminated against. HR does not take reports seriously and does not do thorough investigations. Their training is a joke. Their instructions are a mess. They are unsupportive. They do not allow employees to ask questions. You are expected to find out things on your own. You will not be integrated into the company. You are in a hole in your department. This company is toxic!! Stay away from it!! They look good from the outside, but they are horrible!!
