There is a lack of employee commitment. Training and development opportunities are not encourage, and processes are outdated. The company requires you to be available around the clock.

Parking is horrible in the garage. The leaders are extremely shallow, without human characteristics and plastic. They only search for passive souls that can be used and then easily discarded. They do not invest in their employees. Human Resources is non existent and retaliation is encouraged and standardized. Technical improvements are swept aside in the best interest of political lies. The only offer 10 days off a year and you lose them if you don't use them. You have to fight very hard to even use the few days they give you.
