      - Science led company. - Some good peers.

      Cons

      - Often there is too much ‘hype’ news, - If you peruse other low stars reviews, they tell you the truth. The attrition rate for engineers is high, you will be a second-class employee if you are an engineer. You won’t learn much if you are an associate engineer. - There are microaggressions and higher than life ego’s in the culture at Broomfield site. - The HR team is unapproachable and even seem to rule more than management so good luck if you have any issues.

      Pros

      Great colleagues and friendly environment, really good work life balance. Very smart people and learning a lot

      Cons

      Pay is just so so much lower than other quantum companies. Leadership and HR know this but don't have plans to change anything. I think they still view things from the Honeywell perspective of a giant old company.
