Pros

Hybrid work schedule, nice campus

Cons

Just don’t work here. The company has been declining steadily. To make matters worse, the leadership doesn’t care about the well-being of the frontline employees. The pay is not commensurate with the expected work. Moreover, favoritism is rampant. There are no long-term career opportunities.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your recognition of the flexibility provided by our hybrid work model and the campus environment. We also recognize the concerns you raised regarding employee support, compensation, career growth, and workplace culture. Quantum Health is in a period of significant transformation and growth, and with that comes change, increased expectations, and ongoing efforts to strengthen how we support both our employees and the members we serve. That said, we strongly disagree with the characterization that our leaders do not care about frontline employees. Many teams across the organization are working hard to improve processes, invest in employee development, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and create opportunities for growth across the business. As we continue evolving, our mission and ICARE values remain at the center of those efforts. We know periods of change can feel challenging, particularly for those closest to the work, and we value the perspectives of employees who help us identify where we need to improve. Building trust requires consistency, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement, and we remain focused on that work. – Felicia Taylor, CHRO, Quantum Health

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re glad to hear that the hybrid work model and compensation had been positive aspects of your experience. We understand the concerns you've raised about trust, culture, and how organizational changes are being experienced by employees. As Quantum Health has grown and adapted to meet the evolving needs of our members and clients, we have worked to balance transformation with preserving the values and culture that have long been important to our organization. Creating an environment where employees feel supported, informed, and connected to the work they do is important to us. We continue to invest in our leaders, improve communication, and evaluate how we can best support our Healthcare Warriors as the organization grows and changes. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. – Felicia Taylor, CHRO, Quantum Health

Flexibility, pay, tech updates, PTO

Cons

Overworked, expectations of long time employees to fix all of the half thought out project rollouts, the culture is terrible.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate hearing that you value the flexibility, compensation, PTO, and continued investment in technology improvements. We also recognize the concerns you raised around workload, project rollouts, and culture. As Quantum Health continues evolving and modernizing, our mission and ICARE values remain at the center of our decisions. Many of these transformation efforts are intended to strengthen operations, improve the employee experience, and better support our members and clients long term. We know periods of significant change can feel challenging and frustrating at times, especially for teams closest to the work, and we sincerely appreciate the hard work, resilience, and dedication of our employees as we continue improving together. – Felicia Taylor, CHRO, Quantum Health
