      Pros

      When I first joined the company there was a great team in place with a really positive attitude.

      Cons

      The team was merged leading to a larger, weaker team. Perhaps somewhat due to the inabilities of some to adapt to the change, managers are reacting by micro-managing, which is frustrating for those who were previously working successfully with minimal supervision. Many are stuck on contracts for years with no end in sight, despite a number of people quitting permanent roles. Blatant favouritism and a lack of equal treatment of all. Mandatory overtime and difficult to get time off.

      Pros

      First years a great place to work for with the amazing team leaders in OM team. Now with a change of the manager and restructured ( merged ) team it is an unhealthy/ toxic environment to work for.

      Cons

      Current Manager -micromanagement, without people skills and gives preferences to some team members, no appreciation for the hard work, no opportunities for a professional development/ growth, quantity is more important than quality, no pay rise

      Scam!! No real jobs

      Pros

      Wage and benefits sound very promising

      Cons

      They reached out to me via email saying my resume fit what they were looking for.....everything sounded very promising from wages to hours and benefits, they offer a 10 day training. They send me forms and contracts. I was asked to log in at 9am for my training and no one was on the other end to reply to my emails. I received a reply an hour later. They sent me “instructions” I did everything they asked with caution my so called manager disappeared and never heard back from them again. Please be aware of this and if u decide to try them out keep track of emails ect.
