There is absolutely nothing positive to be said about this company

Cons

No work-life balance. There is no training. The people you work with are very controlling, very unfriendly, not helpful and very disrespectful. Knowledge transfer - non existent. Absolutely no teamwork.

Pros

Good salary and possibility for good commissions.

Cons

CEO has created a culture where customers are looked upon as a nuisance, a "necessary evil". CEO also expresses schizophrenic tendencies- continually contradicts himself to the detriment of customer & employee relationships. Most employees are afraid of him. He is also a micromanager. If he spent more time looking at strategy and less time approving sales deals he could run the company better.
