Pros

Very Established remote working company. Health Benefits, Inter-team collaboration, Open door polices throughout. Fair Pay rates. Workers are valued and recognized on their abilities and not their tenure.

Cons

As more people because established in their roles and enjoying their jobs, there is less staff turnover which reduced internal promotion opportunities.
