Pros
Work from home, generally supportive management who care about their employees. I have worked here under the past CEO and the current CEO and there has been a dramatic change in the culture. Questionmark is much more supportive and there is more of a team approach without micro-management. Pay and benefits aren't bleeding edge, but they are good for a small company
Cons
Communication from senior management could be better, the direction of the company, long and short term goals and progress we are making towards those goals isn't always clear
