Complete disaster - misleading reviews from a time Quixey may have had a chance

Pros

It's not very demanding. The company has no idea where it's going, and no team has actually delivered in their product, so the work is little to none! Do your minimum and have a great work/life balance! The benefits like food and health are great too. The people are great, many friends here.

Cons

Overwhelming, I don't even know where to begin. Besides an arrogant and egotistical CEO, the top heavy management is obnoxious. So many VPs and directors and senior managers of everything, whose tasks are unknown to us all. The reviews on nepotism are spot on and the recent reviews seem pumped in to hide the total bomb brewing in here. Oh, and let's not forget the fact that the company still has no core product. What do we really do? Great question.

Pros

Good people. Benefits are top notch. Great location

Cons

Basically and of the 1/2 star reviews call out all of Quixey's faults pretty well. Nepotism, changing directions, no product, pursuing 5 different things at once.

Free food Gym Great espresso machine Located in downtown Mountain View, so easy to access a ton of good food options

Cons

Incompetent management team who don't understand how to run a company and build products Overpaid employees who work 9-5 Political feuds within and across teams Nepotism between the founders and everyone else in the company Extremely corporate office building with no lighting No product
