Pros

You work with some smart people, good at strategy, UX, and other aspects of digital.

Cons

No one really champions good work or pushes clients to go with the best idea. Upper-level creatives often don't have a clear understanding of what they want.

Pros

Fantastic thought leadership and industry knowledge. Really smart employees. Everything depends on the group you are in and the project you are on. Most projects are really interesting, but sometimes you can get placed on a dud for long time. Depending on the group you are placed in, there is really great management and mentorship.

Cons

A lot has to do with who you know and how well you market yourself. If you get placed in a slow group or project, you can fall between the cracks.
