      Pros

      You have the opportunity to get exposure to a lot different technology and overall the company is a solid place to work. Also once you've proven yourself you have the opportunity in many cases of influencing the direction the product takes which is great.

      Cons

      If you're into agency work where you can work endless hours for a product that has a limited shelf-life it can get monotonous. If you're into building products that have a long usefulness then you have to make sure you can get into the correct verticals.

      Pros

      the only pros come out of the fact that most of the management is so incompetent at everything but promoting themselves, that you can get quite a lot done under the radar. will no doubt continue to run its PR spin to keep a number of blue-chip clients paying through the nose for pure mediocrity, with flashes of brilliance that spite the default culture.

      Cons

      corporate, rushed, corner cutting, wannabe and myopic management. zero culture. credit stealing, goal-hanging nightmare. computer says no attitude from HR. nightmare to get anything done through layers of bureaucracy.
