Smart people. Good clients. Great status symbol.

Cons

The account director working in my group bullied and harassed our team, embezzled client money, got caught and was not fired — just put on leave. Seriously, this is not a good or healthy place to work.

As an engineer, you're treated as a resource and expected to just get work done. Very little appreciation for the work you do. At R/GA SG, it feels like it's more important to keep the clients happy, then your engineers who happen to being doing all the work.
