      Pros

      Fancy mall nearby. Free bananas.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Poor communication. Toxic backstabbing coworkers. Confused mission. "Stagnation at speed" is more like it. Lip service paid to diversity and inclusion. If you are creative and have a heart, you'll soon identify with the trapped artwork on the walls of this anonymous and cold institution.

      Pros

      You will work with some of the most dedicated, brightest and hard working people in the industry. Everyone you meet will be an asset or ally to you in the future. Decent compensation, if you can fight for it.

      Cons

      It’s a political nightmare. Forget even asking for transparency— people will crush you and hold you back. Unequal standards across the entire company. Many will continue to be promoted generally if they’re white or if they’re male. Rare POC representation in creative leadership. All stratified at Jr/Sr. Levels. Diverse but hardly inclusive. Half of creative leadership lacks the ‘creative’ to their titles. Great directors. Bad creatives. Uninspiring. Great people. Lackluster ambition. Golden days are over. No culture.
