Pros

Good name. Potential for good work and very talented folks. People do seem to genuinely care.

Cons

No culture. People come do work and go home. Very little fun to be had and socializing. Little to no transparency. People come and leave with little acknowledgement (not even a send off email! ). Always layoffs. There have been three rounds this year in pretty much all offices yet not one single email from leadership. Very top heavy and tons of politics (more so than other places). Disciplines are always covering themselves.

Pros

- Largely anonymous, you can go in and out of the office as you please since it's so large - Generous PTO allotment - Decent hours for creatives, 10-6, only very occasional late nights/weekend - Tuition reimbursement - A lot of different clients to work on if you get bored - They pay well and promote quickly

Cons

- Not a creative shop at all - Management is absolutely out of touch - Office is an Orwellian nightmare. There are large screens everywhere that show case studies and profiles of executives on loop - No office culture - Executive leadership don't push work, they are very interested in keeping their jobs - Bob wanders the office pushing his artwork to anyone who will listen. - If you think the agency is anything like the twitter account, you are mistaken. It is the opposite. Sterile. Dated. Boring.
