      Great creative team, super stimulating work

      Pros

      Challenging and stimulating work, everyone works hard and in turn makes you better. Good benefits, good work environment, occasional social gatherings.

      Cons

      It is hard work working here, but worth it. The industry in general requires long hours to do good work, that is the same everywhere so it is not a specific "Con" to this company, just the industry. Sometimes competition is too much- I had one co-worker steal some of my work and get incredible recognition in the press for it, disappointing.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and a real focus on excellent work.

      Cons

      Big accounts means less interesting work. The bravery in the creative has be de-prioritized for big accounts with big budgets to grow the company. This is slowly killing the company culture as talented folks leave to find a place where they can do innovative work.

      Cons

      Your boss may be competitive with you. Very hard to get a promotion or a raise. Even if you want to work hard to succeed you can be held back. Manipulative people everywhere.
