Pros

It is both agency and production company which is pretty rare. you get to work with creative people creating ideas and at the same time, you make some nice visual projects. It is very big and everything is very well organized.

Cons

The quality of the project is some what limited because the digital studio is not really big enough to produce some fine projects.

This job did wonders for my resume, and certainly helped me expand my digital experience.

Cons

Dreadful upper management. Jumbled system for handling creative. Very little accountability regarding deadlines. No opportunities to work outside of the brand you were hired for. If I hadn't been tied to a one-year contract, I would have left much sooner.
