      Lots of great people; but company culture stifles opportunities for growth

      Pros

      A lot of smart, very hard-working people. A few very cool projects that you'll be lucky to work on.

      Cons

      Highly process-oriented. Monolithic creative culture. Lots of bureaucracy. Feels big and disconnected with little sense of direction or mission communicated to the lower ranks.

      Pros

      R/GA has only continued to evolve in my time here and it's definitely a place where you can make your own path and work with both great clients and team members.

      Cons

      At times it's find your own way, but that can and should be flipped to an opportunity for growth.

      Pros

      Great sense of community across accounts. Weekly meetings give disciplines a chance to review accounts from other brands. Ideas are welcomed by any level employee. A great shop for anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit.

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy, but I personally like that. Definitely a shop where you're not going to find yourself sitting at your desk bored.
