Pros

Intelligent culture passionate about what they do. Strong management support system.

Cons

R/GA way or no way mentality. Need to evolve new model to adjust to the new world out there. Too production driven.

Pros

R/GA strikes a nice balance of company structure and internal chaos. This allows for lots of learning to happen within a supportive environment. If you can prove yourself and do good work, you will get put on the better projects and management will support you. There are so many things going on in so many different areas, that whatever your passion is, they should be able to find you a project that matches your interests

Cons

The ramp up time. It takes a while to prove yourself at R/GA and a lot of good people leave because they get frustrated with the more mundane work they are doing. The review process makes it very hard to get promoted anytime except March Hell's Kitchen

Pros

R/GA is full of good people. smart people. It's at the forefront of advertising business. there's a lot room for growth.

Cons

the pay isn't what it is elsewhere. they'll ultimately need to start to compensate better if they want to attract the best talent in the business.
