      Smart, creative people. Interesting work. Somewhat chaotic.

      Pros

      Incredibly smart and talented people to learn from and work with. Some great clients with interesting project opportunities. Though its big and established now, it still feels like a small company in some ways.

      Cons

      Not a great work life balance (ie more work than life). As with most creative jobs, projects can sometimes be unorganized and chaotic.

      Pros

      High salary and great benefits with pretty nice offices. The agency is constantly pitching and winning new business and has a roster of great clients. If you can get on Nike you're career is probably set.

      Cons

      If you don't get on Nike you might get stuck doing some really boring work and toiling away on low profile projects. It can be really hard to get anyones attention within the agency and placed on new work.
