Variety of projects from big to small on variety of subjects Great project mobility not to much not too little, every few month ability to participate in something new weather it is brainstorming, researching, sketching, ideation or production Great people: smart, international, humble, pleasant Smart and respectful management Wonderful work location

Cons

A lot of work is done with the New York office, long distance, time difference and alternative work culture take effort.

Pros

R/GA has a very relaxed atmosphere, with great people. Middle to upper management (some at least) are willing to listen and address concerns as necessary. The pay is good, and the roster of clients is impressive.

Cons

Some of the processes can be tiresome, and not as efficient as they could be in this day and age. Also, the company is very design centric, leaving tech with very little say sometimes in the final product.

Pros

The people are amazing and innovation, including crazy/different thinking, is encouraged. The environment is truly collaborative and creative. I learned so much and was able to try so many things while at R/GA.

Cons

Working at R/GA is a lifestyle. The only thing in your life is R/GA. Since the people are great this isn't so bad except the work never ends. No matter where you are or what you are doing, you will have work to do.
