Pros

Some very very talented people. It is a very collaborative and egalitarian environment. Company is starting to grow its conceptional/marketing (versus design) prowess and making strides.

Cons

Output of work is not consistent and usually either very good or very bad. Varies depending on whether you get the "A" team or leadership is paying attention. Teams (especially creative) can get very large with no one "on first" making final calls, until up against the deadline. Drives a lot of doing-over at the last minute. If I were a client I'd be concerned about this driving up my fees. They are still a very production-driven shop with many of the senior executives not really fully on board with the migration to marketing/advertising work. So there are camps, which makes for mixed signals from leadership sometimes (even though from the very top it may be clear)

Pros

some very talented and smart people, small account teams and little bureaucracy mean you have an opportunity to make a big difference for your account

Cons

if you're stuck on a bad account can feel like a sweatshop, quality of work, talent, and mangement on teams is uneven

Pros

The culture tends to be focused much more on getting work done but doesn't get all "serious business" about the work being done. Fairly casual atmosphere and you can come in past 9 and no one will bat an eye so long as you get your share of work done. They also have a nice, cheap coffee bar inside the building so you can keep focused on what you're doing and stay caffeinated.

Cons

The focus on results tends to also mean that the less monumental achievements get overlooked. At times there will be situations where producers or non-technical people drop the ball on key issues, and communication between different disciplines/teams in the company can be rather slow or unclear. Overall, most of these problems aren't too bad but pretty par for the course.
