      Exhausting and Fickle

      Pros

      Exposure to many projects, ability to work with a wide variety of people from all around the globe, the team includes incredibly talented creatives and technologists, big name clients, lots of exposure.

      Cons

      Disorganized, constant layoffs in a time when business should be skyrocketing, terrible business decisions that lead to huge problems, enormous turnover rate (constantly working with strangers), terrible client management.

      REALLY REALLY smart people Great on a resume if you want to go tech next A diverse work environment for an agency. Pretty Flexible with hours

      Cons

      There are literally no clients in their portfolio so you spend all your time working on, prepping for, and wrapping up pitches VERY sneaky culture. Trust no one Everyone hates their job

      Pros

      -Great culture of you make the effort to build relationships -Tons of perks: healthy snacks, dogs, beautiful office -Work is challenging

      Cons

      Leadership looks at us like a bunch of numbers on a piece of paper. Does not take into account the effect a person has on office culture when going through layoffs/firings. They have no idea what our real strengths are, and therefore make decisions on who to layoff based on outdated/misinformed stats. R/GA used to be a bustling, happy place to work until they hired the (now former... thank god) Managing Director. A sad story indeed.
