      Everything is self-serve. Need help with updating someone - read the article or figure it out yourself. Didn’t get paid - probably your own fault for not reading an article or you can figure out what happened for yourself. Your manager is abusive - there’s an article on how to report it but they expect you to handle it yourself. There is a large team of customer care specialists for employees but they are encouraged to send the article that best makes sense for the issue and then close the ticket.

      Pros

      I'm not micro-managed as my people leaders know what I can do and don't need to be babysat.

      Cons

      A lot, most work is overseas and we are left doing the constant hand holding, babysitting and fixing their mistakes. No matter how much training is done, they just don't get how to do the work so everything is a mess, and has been for years with no end on sight.

      Great if you live outside the US

      Cons

      They absorb other companies, break apart teams, every day is a new policy change, way too many leaders pushing reports your way, too many people working the same accts, usually with many mistakes. They ask their employees why they think the system is broke, and excuse away the suggestions. After one year, the system is definitely broken.
