Pros

NONE, maybe working from home at the beginning but after a few weeks in, this company ruined the feeling of having a peaceful moment.

Cons

I would rate this zero stars if it was possible! In my 20 years of corporate job experience, this has been the worst company i’ve worked for. Their expectations are ridiculous for the little amount of money they pay you. They will exploit you as they think they are in India where they can treat employees as they please. They will micromanage every second of your day and will make you feel worthless with their questions and comments. The moment a team leader does not like you, they will find any reason to write you up to get you fired. They put you on a 6 week program to micromanage you, and if you don’t meet their unrealistic expectations that not even AI can complete, they will get you out of the door right away. When you are on this 6 week program where you will be walking on eggshells every day thinking they will fire you any day, they will extra micromanage you and tare you apart until you quit. Even if you meet the expectations, then they will come up with something irrelevant to your job just to get you fired anyway. If you finally decide to speak up, good luck getting HR on a meeting because HR never responds unless is your last day when they fire you. There is zero work life balance in this job! Walmart pays better than this as well which brings this company to shame as this is supposed to be in healthcare and not a grocery store. They made my life so miserable where I had to get therapy for my skin psoriasis as the stress level in this job was so high. The best thing that happened to me was getting fired from them as I am now working in another company where they treat me like USA citizen and not like I’m in India. This company should be reported to employee abuse organizations out there.

Pros

* unlimited PTO * fully work from home * great/ helpful coworkers

Cons

*Increased expected requirements with no pay increase. * Upper management is rude and disrespectful. * Little to no guidance in training. Expect to be thrown in the weeds and then be yelled at for making mistakes. * No career growth opportunities. Management does not care for your personal goals. * most positions are being outsourced overseas… did not know that going in and has to find out during a town hall. * small bonuses and raises. * I was told the job was one thing in my interview and It turned out to be a completely different thing. It’s not worth the headache to work here.
