      - Great security buy in allows for the use of cutting edge tooling - Relaxed management style means you feel supported but also empowered to work autonomously. - Always felt heard by the wider infosec team and allowed to voice concerns. - lots of opportunities to get involved in things outside your direct responsibilities and learn new areas.

      It would be nice to have more clear career advancement opportunities.
