The decline of a company due to leadership in MN

Pros

in the centers there are still some associates who care about patients . In MN the radiologists are skilled

Cons

New chiefs have changed the culture of the company. Clinical decisions made from a distance. No longer care about the team and this is now seen with the care given to patients. One change is no merit increases. There is a merit bonus that has been in place for two years. However, the chiefs talk about how well the company is doing. Some stay because of the amount of vacation not becasue they care about the company. In a little more than a year CDI has begun to slide backwards .

Management shows favoritism to certain employees. Reasonable concerns about the job are seen as complaining/griping; and are never addressed.

Our expectations for managers is that they set the example of our culture, support our staff, and manage the business results. To help foster that, we provide regular leadership training to anyone with direct reports, because we agree, trust and empathy are part of being a leader.

Pros

The team work is great and everyone is friendly. However, there is no pay raises but they have a bonus program where you get bonuses every quarter if goals are met.

Cons

No pay raises and health insurance premiums can be quite high

Thanks for the recommendation! You are correct, we currently have a merit bonus program where all eligible associates have the opportunity to earn additional, increased compensation through the quarterly Merit Bonus, which is based on the company’s financial goals and individuals’ performance. We will also continue to review market data information, making adjustments to those associates who are identified through this process as being below market. We currently offer three different health insurance options so associates can select the plan that best meets their needs.
