Co workers are very nice

No raises,low pay,must work at extremely fast pace and maintain it your whole shift,consistently short staffed,company wants to give red carpet treatment but will not spend any money to do so,no breaks,company always pushes for more productivity.

We are in the business of providing answers to our patients, to make the unknown known. When someone has a health concern, they want that answer now. Our desire to help patients as soon as we can means a team of associates with dedication and drive. We continue to evaluate volume, schedules, and staffing levels to best serve our patients while also supporting our staff. In the last year we’ve added over 100 positions to our clinical teams across the country.

Management shows favoritism to certain employees. Reasonable concerns about the job are seen as complaining/griping; and are never addressed.

Our expectations for managers is that they set the example of our culture, support our staff, and manage the business results. To help foster that, we provide regular leadership training to anyone with direct reports, because we agree, trust and empathy are part of being a leader.

Pros

It's nice that you don't work call or holidays since they are an imaging center. However, this advantage would be in any imaging center.

Cons

Limited staff. They staff one tech per modality per shift with long hours, very tight schedule and no help. They aren't concerned about burning out their staff and sacrificing quality patient care . Salary is just average or below. Eliminated raises two years ago.

We couldn’t agree more that our patient’s experience and valued employees are the key to our success today and into the future. Our goal is to staff to the appropriate levels for patient care, quality and efficiency, not to burn our staff out. We regularly evaluate staffing levels and patient volume and make adjustments as needed. While we replaced the traditional annual salary increase program with a merit bonus plan based on individual and company performance, we continue to evaluate all positions compared to market and make adjustments where needed.
